How to export saved survey data?

 

Users could export saved survey data by email. The method is described below:

1. Open this app and go to "List" tab.

2. Click on the "Manage" Button.

3. Choose "Export Survey Data by Email".

4. Send the email and all done.

How to export photos, videos and voice notes?​​​

 

Users can export photos, videos and voice notes through Windows or Mac. The method is described below:

Windows:

• Connect your iOS device to iTunes.

• Open iTunes and go into your device.

• Choose "File Sharing" in the left column, and then choose this app in the Apps column.

• You will see photo, video and voice note folders in the right column. Select the folders you want to export and click on the "Save" button below the column. Then you can save the folders you selected to the directory you specified.

Mac(10.15 or later):

• Connect your iOS device to your Mac and open Finder app.

• Choose your device in the left column.

• Go to Files tab and then expand this app in the below.

• You will see photo, video and voice note folders. Drag the folder you want to export to the directory you want.
